Information we collect

• Your project: the service you need, project type, answers to the form questions, ZIP or postal code, city, timeline and an optional description.
• Your contact details: first name, last name, email address, phone number.
• A record of your consents: the exact wording you accepted, date, version, a hash of your IP address and your browser.

Why we use it

• Sharing your request with professionals, with your express consent. Your request is shared with no more than 3 professional(s), who pay to access it and may contact you about this project by phone, text message or email.
• Reviewing requests and preventing abuse (incomplete requests, duplicates, automated submissions), to provide a reliable service.
• Platform news by email, only if you opted in (optional box).
• Keeping a record of your consents, to show that sharing your request was based on your consent.

We do not sell your information to data brokers and we do not use it for advertising profiles. Sharing your request with professionals, who pay for access, happens only with your consent and only for the project you described.

Who receives it

The professionals your request is shared with (no more than 3) receive your request and contact details. Before they pay, they only see a summary without your contact details. Each professional is then responsible for how they use your contact details to reach you.

How long we keep it

Your contact details and project description are anonymized no later than 3 years after your request, or as soon as you ask for them to be deleted. Accounting records of the sale of access to requests are kept without your contact details.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and withdraw your consent at any time.

• The confirmation email of your request contains two personal links, valid for 30 days, to withdraw your consent to share your request or have your data deleted, without creating an account.
• You can also write to the privacy contact above.
• You can reply STOP to a text message from a professional, or ask them directly to stop contacting you.
• Depending on the state where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and you can contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator.

Withdrawing your consent does not affect requests already shared before you withdrew; you may need to contact those professionals directly.

Your state privacy rights (California and other states)

Residents of California and of other states with a consumer privacy law (for example Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas or Oregon) may have the right to know which personal information we collect and disclose, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” and of targeted advertising, without being discriminated against for using these rights.

Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone), location (ZIP code, city), commercial information (your project) and internet activity (consent record, hashed IP address). Sources: you. Purposes: those listed above. Recipients: the professionals you ask us to share your request with, and our service providers. Sharing your request with professionals is a disclosure you direct by checking the consent box; we do not otherwise sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

To use these rights, use the links in your confirmation email or email the privacy contact above. We may verify your identity, you can use an authorized agent, and we answer within 45 days. If we refuse your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

Text messages

If you consented, professionals and this website may text you about your project. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts from a sender, or HELP for help. Your phone number is never shared for marketing unrelated to your project.

Cookies

This site uses technical cookies needed for it to work (session and protection of the form against fraudulent submissions). It does not set advertising cookies. Fonts come from your device: nothing is loaded from a third-party font service.
